Philippines: A tropical paradise of 7100 islands. One of its best part is for sale, a lot direct seaside, with white sand shores, touched from white wave tops, located at the southeast coast of the island of Marinduque. The distance to Manila is app. 140 km (s. location, how to go there). |

A small pavilion exists around 6m over the sea level, constructed in
Philippine style with natural material like bamboo, cogon grass and palm
leaves. From here is a free sight up to 80 km southwards over the blue sea.
On the right side is the extinct volcano named Malindig over the Marlanga
bay. In the pavilion sometimes meet friends, visitors and neighbors to enjoy a place in the shadow with its average temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. In the sun the temperature is higher, ofcourse.In the night it cools down to 24 – 26 degree, than from our place it’s a nice view to the stars at the sky, and around 8pm appears “ Cross of the South ”. After water sport activities we use the pavilion to relax. Some beach beds and sun umbrellas are not shown. |

The distance to the beach house is app. 50 m. On and beside the lawn type
grass area grows coconut trees, flowers, wild orchids. The beach house is
a construction in the normal Philippine style with 2 bedrooms. Additional
rooms are beside and integrated like kitchen, storage rooms. Coconuts,
bananas, mangos, star apples and calamanci (the Asian lemons) and other
fruits grow at the own lot. That means there are app. 350 coconut trees
and 500 other trees. To extend the beach house or a new construction
should not be any problem. Philippine architects are good educated and
experienced in the local requirements

When the wind slow down, and the sea looks like a mirror, the sea is like
a big swimming pool with glass clear water, that the right time for kids
to swim and snorkel. The under water area is amazing and photographers
will enjoy. At the sand dunes grow small but strong bushes. They are a
good protection against strong wind and bad weather, the same like the
small rocks down the pavilion. The neighbors left and right the lot are
friendly families from Australia and Switzerland.

| The island of Marinduque is not a well-known is a tourist area, only in the Easter time some tourists come to enjoy the Mariones festival. Marinduque is a green island, full of coconut and banana and other trees. Industries doesn’t exist. A gold mine became closed after environment pollution around 10 years before. The people in Marinduque are mostly farmer and fisherman. The island is known to be very peaceful. Some islands around and nearby invite for day trips for scuba diving, snorkeling or only sightseeing. Fisherman offer their boats for rent to reasonable prices. | ||
